We will:

1. Actively market your property to prospective Tenants.

2. Carry out reference checks on all prospective Tenants through an independent referencing company.

3. Notify appropriate authorities and utility companies of the change in occupancy.

4. Collection of first month’s rent and deposit.

5. Hold the Tenant’s deposit for the duration of the Tenancy.

6. Carryout an inventory and arrange for a gas safety certificate at the beginning of the Tenancy.

7. Serve any relevant notices on the Tenants as required.

8. Renew the Tenancy agreement for a further term if suitable.
